- Undertaking (as per schedule vii of regulations ibid)
- Authority letter in favor of the consultant firm
- Authority letter in favor of proponent in case of more than one land owner
- Lab report of baseline environmental analysis
- Undertaking regarding cost of project
- Colored map of google earth (A3/A2 size)
- Tentative plan for public hearing/draft public hearing notice
Local Government & Community Development
- Title/ ownership of land as per revenue record
